Action Plan

Our Priorities for 2023-2024

Strategic intent: The Aspire Hub has welcomed 12 new schools to its Hub for the 2023-24 partnership year (3 Secondaries and 9 Primaries) this now takes the Aspire Hub to 32 schools across the North West region. Through close collaboration/discussion at the Aspire Hub launch in October 2023, Hub Meeting 1 and the use of the ‘School Information Gathering’ template – all stakeholders’ views and wishes have been audited and drawn together within this action plan.

  • Curriculum Design & Development:
    - Primary Curriculum ‘Simplicitus’ by Emma Turner
    - Sharing Leading Practice in Curriculum: St Paul’s CE Primary (Reading), Prescott Primary (Digital Technology & SEND), Wade Deacon High (Curriculum), Hillside High (Reading), Gorsefield (Connection Rich Curriculum & Family Empowerment)
     

  • Leadership At All Levels:
    - OLEVI – The Power of Coaching Programme (POC)
    - OLEVI – The Advanced Power of Coaching (APOC)
